It starts with the customer in mind, and aims at balancing increased efficiency with improved quality. The improvements are systematic and based on well-defined and measured data.

Lean Six Sigma Information Session (Black/Green Belt) - Join this free information session, in person, or catch our previously recorded Facebook LIVE broadcast, to learn about the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certificate program and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course. Explore the format, required project, and expectations. Meet the lead instructor(s) and program manager to ask questions. 

Green Belt - Students earn various colors of belts which indicate their levels of mastery of LSS expertise. A person who has earned the designation of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt often plays a key role in the success of an organization’s process improvement initiatives. Get your Green Belt.
