Kristin Kielich
Kristin is an Engagement Manager at UC San Diego's Office of Operational Strategic Initiatives. She has worked in higher education since 2007 and employs a proven framework for success in multiparty facilitation, project management, and analysis across diverse continuous improvement projects. Kristin leads efforts that are focused on operational innovations and identifying collaborative business solutions. Kristin began her work leading sustainability programs which served as a platform for her growth in creating shared value and continuous innovation. As a result of myriad successful initiatives, Kristin was recognized with a 2011 UC San Diego Exemplary Staff Employee of the Year Award. She holds an M.B.A. from Point Loma Nazarene University and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
