Allorah Pradenas
Allorah serves as Managing Director at UC San Diego, in a results-driven unit that delivers operational efficiencies, identifies new revenue streams, and develops new business and operational models. As Managing Director, Allorah oversees the projects and programs portfolios for the Strategic Initiatives team. She provides leadership for the Standing Committee on Service and People Oriented Administrative Culture (SC-SPOC), IdeaWave, and OSI’s Continuous Improvement & Lean Six Sigma programs. Her specialized focus is delivering quality and productivity improvements through well-managed projects related to academic and academic support units. She has led significant process assessment, redesign, and implementation efforts at UC San Diego and across the UC system. She has worked as a project manager and director in higher education for over ten years. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified ProSci Change Management practitioner. Allorah earned her Master’s degree at UC Riverside in 2008. Areas of expertise include academic and campus organizational structures, performance management, project management, process improvement, continuous improvement, and innovation management.
