Partner/Sponsor Payments

In order to secure your sponsorship for Process Palooza, payments must be received by March 15, 2023.

Sponsor registration and badges

Before your representative registers, please ensure they have the appropriate registration code. If you are unsure if you have the appropriate registration code, please reach out to us at processpalooza@ucsd.edu for confirmation.

All exhibitors and sponsor representatives must be registered.

Process Palooza will provide all partners, sponsors, and exhibitors with a badge at check-in.

Pavilion setup and hours

Setup: Tuesday, March 28, 2023, 01:00PM -05:00PM.

Teardown: Wednesday, March 29, 2023, All exhibition materials must be packed up and ready for removal by 05:00PM.

Partner/Sponsor booth and table assignments

Booth and table assignments are issued to your organization, or department, via email by March 1, 2023.

If you have questions about your booth/table assignment, please contact us at processpalooza@ucsd.edu  

What do you recommend for a successful experience?

  • Be sure to bring items for your table to encourage attendees to visit. Brochures, candy, demonstrations, and exhibits are all great conversation starters.
  • Reach out to your contacts at the university to let people know you’re going to be at the event.

Sending brochures, merchandise, and other items for the event swag bag

All material must be received, at the below address, no later than March 23, 2023.

Sending table materials to UC San Diego

All material must be received, at the below address, no later than March 23, 2023.

Any materials that are not for the event swag bag must be clearly marked with "Process Palooza - <your organization name>" and “Booth Items.” See example for preferred format. If not, we cannot guarantee that your items will make it to the event. We will not ship back materials. Please make sure your representatives know that they are responsible for returning any tabletop displays, tablecloths, banners or any other reusable items.

Additional pavilion information

All tables are 6ft long and have a tablecloth, electricity access, and internet connectivity via wifi.
