In order to secure your sponsorship for Process Palooza, payments must be received by February 21, 2020.

Vendor fair setup and hours

Setup: Wednesday, March 25, 2020, 7 a.m.

Teardown: All exhibit materials must be packed up and ready for removal by 5 p.m.

Vendor badge and registration

All vendors and sponsor representatives must register on Eventbrite: Register Here

Process Palooza will provide all vendors with a badge on the day of the event.

What do you recommend for a successful vendor fair experience?

  • We encourage sponsors to bring a raffle item to include in the prize drawing at the end of you’re your company’s representative will have the opportunity to announce the winner on the main stage. Attendees will be informed that they must visit the sponsors' tables and drop their business cards in order to be eligible to win your prize.
  • Be sure to bring items for your table to encourage attendees to visit. Brochures, candy, demonstrations, and exhibits are all great conversation starters.
  • Reach out to your contacts at the university to let people know you’re going to be at the conference.

Brochures, giveaways, and swag for the conference bag

Conference materials: giveaways, brochures, swag, raffle items, and vendor booth display signage must be received by February 21.

Sending table materials to UC San Diego

Any materials that are not for the conference bag must be clearly marked with your vendor name and “Table Materials.” If not, we cannot guarantee that your items will make it to the conference. We will not ship back materials. Please make sure your representatives know that they are responsible for returning any tabletop displays, tablecloths, banners or any other reusable items.

Information regarding tables at vendor fair

All tables are 6ft long and have a tablecloth, electricity, and internet.
